Terms & Conditions

The commitment period for this service is 12 weeks. If you wish to cancel before the 12 weeks period ends, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the remaining balance due for the term.

You must give a 2 weeks notice for cancellation to take effect. Any payments due within this 2 weeks notice period must be settled in full.

You are required to give pause notice at least 3 days before the upcoming payment. If the pause request is made after this 3 days notice deadline, 100% of the next payment will be due.

Refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases, you may request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of Andy Nash. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to Andy Nash for review.

You agree to release Andy Nash from any liability for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while receiving the services. You understand that participating in any activity or service provided by Andy Nash involves certain risks and accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any confidential information obtained through interactions with Andy Nash, except as mutually agreed in writing. Unauthorised sharing of such information will be directly addressed by Andy Nash

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and accept that participating in the triathlon carries inherent risks. You agree to indemnify and hold our business harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation.
